A Commitment to Diversity

We support and share the value of unique perspectives and diverse voices.

Valuing Diversity in Our Community

At Old National, we value the unique perspectives that diverse voices bring to the table. We also understand that our diversity efforts need to reach beyond our organization to include our marketplace and communities.

  • ONB CEO Council

Established in mid-2021, this diverse group of high potential Old National team members has a unique, reciprocal relationship with the company’s executive leadership team. Council members provide fresh insights and perspectives about topics that are vital to the organization and those we serve while also benefiting from mentoring and development opportunities.

  • Supplier Diversity

Old National is firmly committed to the support of certified M/W businesses with certified ownership by minorities or people with disabilities, women or veterans as well as small businesses, and we pledge to include suppliers that reflect the full prism of our client base.

  • Achieve Ability Mentorship Program

The Achieve Ability program is a 10-month mentorship opportunity for aspiring professionals with disabilities to connect and interact with executive leaders at Old National. The goal is to develop and foster a relationship where both mentor and mentee learn and gain from one another.

Our Diversity Mission Statement
Old National respects, values and welcomes diversity in our workforce, customers, suppliers and marketplace. We seek to recognize the unique contribution each individual brings to our company, and we are fully committed to supporting a rich culture of diversity as a cornerstone to our success. We follow a Diversity & Inclusion strategy that focuses on four pillars — community, marketplace, workplace and workforce — all key to achieving our mission of exceeding client, associate and shareholder expectations. • Community

We know that being a good corporate citizen involves social responsibility, and we’re dedicated to demonstrating that responsibility through community leadership, philanthropic support and volunteerism.

  • Marketplace

We want to serve the needs of all our clients. That’s why we offer a range of products and services to help individuals reach their unique goals, and why we ensure diversity in our suppliers and marketing efforts.
