Caroline “Carrie” J. Ellspermann is Chief People Officer at Old National. Since joining Old National in 2001, she has served in several leadership positions, including Chief Talent Management Officer and President and CEO of Wealth Management. Carrie joined Old National as manager of the Corporate Private Client Group. She is a graduate of Indiana University, earned her MBA through Vanderbilt University’s executive management program and is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Carrie currently serves as Chairperson of the Welborn Baptist Foundation board of directors, the Saint Benedict School Council and the JDRF regional committee. She is active in and has served as lay leader at her church, Methodist Temple.
