Corliss V. Garner is Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Old National. Prior to this role, she was the head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at First Midwest, which merged with Old National in 2022. Before joining First Midwest in 2019, Corliss served in various leadership roles at BMO Harris Bank for more than 20 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from DePaul University and is also a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. She is a Life Director and past chair of the advisory board for the Chicago Community Trust African American Legacy Fund, board Co-Chair of One Goal Chicago and board member of Skills for Chicagoland’s Future. She currently serves on a number of committees and has also served on the boards of Chicago State University, the Executive Service Corps of Chicago and the DePaul University Coleman Entrepreneurship Center.
