    Schedule a Class

    This program outlines how to detect, protect against, and report the financial exploitation of seniors. We have developed this and other financial education programs to help people in our communities make sound money management decisions in their everyday lives.

    The Old National Money Safety for Seniors program was nationally recognized by the American Bankers Association Foundation with a 2018 ABA Foundation Community Commitment Award.

    How To Report Financial Fraud

    1. Notify your bank

    If you bank with Old National, call 1-844-ONB-4SRS (1-844-662-4777) for help.

    Details to share include:

    • A description of the entire situation, especially if funds have been lost.
    • Whether personal information was compromised. This includes account numbers, card numbers, passwords or PINs, Social Security numbers, etc. (If yes, relevant accounts should be closed and passwords changed.)

    2. Call local law enforcement

    Regardless of whether you lost funds, call your local law enforcement and let them know about your situation and what you’ve done to help yourself.

    Refer to the Mastercard® Guide to Benefits for complete eligibility details.

    This service tracks your risk score and reports it back to you regularly.
