    There are two main deadlines for the discontinuance of LIBOR. First, the banking regulators including the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Federal Reserve Bank (Fed) and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), had directed banks to stop using LIBOR in new financial contracts as soon as practicable, but no later December 31, 2021.
