  1. I had damage to my house and received a check from the insurance company with Old National’s name on it. How do I cash or deposit it?

    If you have your mortgage with Old National and a homeowners insurance claim, we will be an active part of your claim process. Your loan with us is based on your home’s value, so we want to ensure your property is repaired and the value is maintained.

    To send money to both personal and business accounts in the US and internationally, visit your nearest Old National Banking Center.

  6. If my business uses ONPointe Treasury or ONPointe Essentials, whom do I contact for support?

  7. How do I activate my new debit card?

    Call 1-800-992-3808 and follow the prompts for activating your card and establishing a personal identification number (PIN).

    Card Controls is a feature within our Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. We regularly test, update and validate our security model to ensure we maintain a banking grade level of security.

  10. How do I set up automatic debit card payments?

    Autopay is a great way to avoid late fees and save time managing your bills and subscriptions for things like internet, phone, and streaming services. To set it up, contact your service provider and ask them to put your bill on autopay.

    You can easily see which merchants you have automatic payments with in the Old National Mobile app.
